Emergency Pregnancy Services of Jacksonville, Inc. (EPS) is fiscally sound as well as fiscally accountable to the highest standards.
Our books are kept in accordance with generally accepted accounting principle of non-profit organizations. In fact, it is our desire to keep books that are “above reproach.” Our organization functions according to an annual budget as prescribed by our Board of Directors. This Board of Directors is legally and fiscally responsible for the fiduciary and operational aspects of EPS. Financial statements are reviewed at all General Board meetings and all financial reports are reviewed quarterly by our Treasurer.
Each year, EPS retains one of the finest accounting firms, James Knutzen and Associates, C.P.A.’S, P.A. to do our tax statements and a full external audit. This audit is the highest standard of financial accountability. In each of our annual audits, no deficiencies have been found; in fact we were commended on the condition of our books and records.
