WHO is helped?
Each year, there are thousands of young girls and women on the First Coast who find themselves with unwanted or unplanned pregnancies. Sadly, many of these ladies, overwhelmed and confused, will choose to abort the life inside them, believing that it’s really not a baby and is their only choice. But thanks to Emergency Pregnancy Services many of these women are finding the critical support and the truth about the life inside them. Through the use of the counseling and ultrasound, these young mothers are seeing that their pregnancy is indeed more than just a mass of tissue, but a precious person with little arms and legs and a heart beat. Over eighty percent of the abortion minded women that are given the opportunity to have a sonogram will choose life for her baby. EPS has created a very simple way for you to participate in this wonderful, life saving program. All you need to do is say, “Yes!”

WHAT is it all about?
There are several ways that your church or community group can host Change for Life. The first places several large plastic bottles in your program classrooms. You might consider a competition between groups to add a lot of FUN when teaching about LIFE. Another very effective method is an individual drive. Each person in your congregation or specific church group is asked to take home an individual baby bottle and bring it back at the end of a designated time. This approach brings the family into the appeal and is a great opportunity to encourage dinner time discussions. Either way, EPS will provide all of the materials needed and pick everything up when it is over.

HOW can you help?
Say YES! Accept the opportunity to have the Change for Life as part of this year’s stewardship opportunities in your church or group. All that we need from you is a passion to protect life and desire to help.

For recognition in the community — your group’s name will be placed in our newsletter which is read in almost 1000 homes.
To show your pride — All groups or churches that partcipate in a Change for Life drive will receive a complimentary brick (valued at $100.00) with your orgnaizations’s name which will be placed in our Walk of Life, a permanent memorial at our center.
